Meet the Family

WE ARE OPEN!!!

Chill and Grill is located at 7401 US Highway 1 in Vero Beach, FL and can be reached at (772) 562-5477. It’s storefront is easily visible from this busy highway whether you are heading North or South. After celebrating 2+ years in Sebastian off of Indian River Drive, Chill and Grill jumped at the opportunity to move their restaurant to a new venue within the welcoming town limits of Vero Beach. With a menu focused on fresh local ingredients, simple Southern and Home-style cooking elevated to an art form, and select house-smoked meats, there is a little bit of something for everyone. For any Beer-o-philes and Vin-o-philes, there will be a discerning selection of specialty craft beers on draft along with select boutique wines by the glass or bottle to savor with the culinary taste sensations or on their own. You decide.

Hours of Operation: Tues – Sun : 5pm – 9pm

And now, a little bit about Chef Scott and his wife Csilla, owners and proprietors of the new Chill and Grill Vero Beach:

Chef Scott enjoys 30+ years of experience in the culinary world working in 5 star hotels, high-end restaurants, and private country clubs to name a few. His culinary adventures have taken him from California to Hawaii to Chicago to New Orleans to Asheville and finally to Vero Beach Florida. While cooking his way across the United States, Chef Scott honed his craft in French Cuisine, Cajun, Asian, and Southern Style Cooking. More than just a career, Chef Scott loves to cook and is most comfortable in the kitchen cooking up his own fabulous tastetastic takes on classic French, Cajun, Asian, and Southern Cooking.

After falling in love with Florida, Scott and his wonderful wife Csilla opened up Riverfront Chill & Grill in Sebastian, Florida where foodies and craft beer aficionados traveled from far and wide to savor his culinary creations. Their inspiration for the original Riverfont Chill and Grill both in Sebastian and now Chill and Grill Vero Beach comes from their desire to offer a family friendly restaurant where everyone is family and the golden rule still applies.

Since that very first day over two years ago, Chill and Grill has evolved into the ultimate gastropub for southern style cooking with a dash of Asian, a pinch of French, and a sprinkling of Cajun. Any good gastropub also offers a tasteful selection of specialty craft beers along with boutique wines and we are no exception. Choose from any of our constantly 6 rotating taps specializing in artisanal beers with a focus on Florida craft breweries or if you prefer the grape to the grain, savor any number of boutique wines either by the glass or bottle. So please, come visit us, make yourself at home, and we will see you soon.

Cheers!
Chef Scott and Csilla

Finally got a table! Going before 6pm helps. The food was FANTASTIC. Was attached to the old site but the ambience now actually even tops the river( ‘SoHo-esque?). The food has only gotten even better, too. Well done, Chill N Grill! Keep up the good work and we’ll keep jogging our schedules to see you!
